Mid-Day Meditation : Reduce Stress and Boost Productivity

 
 

Join Virginie to discover a new way to manage your mind, reduce stress, boost productivity, enhance sleep quality, balance your nervous system and gain an overall sense of wellbeing.

What will a meditation session look like?

  • You will first move your body through a series of gentle stretches and movements to release tension and prepare your body to be in a still mode.
  • Then you will do some breathing work to nurture and cleanse your body.
  • Finally, you will start a meditative journey.

At the end of one hour session you should feel relaxed, yet focused – ready to take on the world!



About the Facilitator

Virginie Morel is a French yoga teacher. She studied in Rishikesh, India, with world-renowned Kia Miller, founder of Radiant Body Yoga and received her certification after an intense and transformative month. In her classes, Virginie shares her deep love of yoga and invites her students to practice with an open mind and heart.

Radiant Body Yoga is a holistic approach to yoga that combines physical postures (asana), breath work (pranayama), kriya (series of movements with breath), meditation, awareness and chanting (mantras)

When practicing yoga with Virginie, you will empower yourself and discover a new harmony between mind & body. A unique experience to be enjoyed and endured even after the class.
